Worldwide tracked and traceable shipping available. order dispatched within 48 hours of order receipt, deliver times thereafter are subject to the capacity constraints of our preferred delivery partner Royal Mail UK. Returns are subject to product being returned in original packaging with all ancillary tags attached, refunds are subject to the condition of returned items. Customer is responsible to undertake the shipping cost of all items returned. All orders can now be returned within 14 days of purchase, whilst you can exchange your items within 28 days. Proof of purchase such as your receipt or dispatch note and also the item(s) you wish to return is required Personalised items will not be accepted unless the personalised text is incorrect or if the item is faulty.
